“You Be You’ is a track about positivity and is the most self reflective song on my upcoming album, 'The Mirrored Pattern'. I’d been reading a lot into Transactional Analysis and other psychotherapy, while also being influenced by my immediate surroundings of the Forth of Firth coast, which feature in the artwork and imagery of the lyrics.

"You Be You’ is that reassuring term when you are enveloped by issues that can be all encompassing and overwhelming - recognise what is affecting you, acknowledge it, then centre yourself and let things drift by on the breeze.”
